The draft is maintained in a public repository and comments may be raised there as issues using the comment template. Repository comments enter the same register with the same IDs and the same dispositions — the two routes differ only in convenience. Institutions that need to submit a formal consolidated response may send it to the secretariat as a document; it will be published as a single register entry with its constituent points itemised.
