Dispositions issued before the constitution of the Council are provisional. The machine-readable register is at /register.json.

Submitting a comment carries no obligation and does not constitute support for the Accord, its drafters, or any
organisation associated with it. Attribution is opt-in: commenters choose whether to be named, named by
organisation only, or listed anonymously. Any commenter may withdraw attribution at any time.
